Cheque Scanner Maintenance Programs

Our cheque scanner maintenance programs are designed to provide customers with various servicing options that best fit their needs.

Standard Depot/Manufacturer Warranty

  • Client sends the defective scanner to the Paystation depot and the scanner is repaired and returned within 3–5 business days. No replacement units are provided.
  • Parts and labour charges are included.
  • Shipping charges to and from the Paystation depot is the responsibility of the client.

Extended Depot/Manufacturer Warranty

  • Extends the Standard Depot/Manufacturer Warranty for an additional 1–3 years.
  • Effective after the 1 Year Standard Depot/Manufacturer Warranty expires.
  • Client sends the defective scanner to the Paystation depot and the scanner is repaired and returned within 3–5 business days. No replacement units are provided.
  • Parts and labour charges are included.
  • Shipping charges to and from the Paystation depot is the responsibility of the client.

Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE) Program

  • Must be purchased with the scanner.
  • Upgrades the Standard Depot/Manufacturer Warranty to replacement coverage for 1–3 years.
  • Provides a replacement scanner for the defective scanner to eliminate any extended wait times. 
  • Parts, labour and shipping charges to and from the Paystation depot are included.
